In Navel Activation through Kundalini Awakening, the kundalini energy lying dormant at the root chakra is awakened by the master and brought up till the Navel Chakra. Once the Navel is balanced, the Kudalini is sent to rest again. Just by balancing and energising the Navel Chakra, the body starts receiving the required energy and the rest of the Chakras become active too. This leads to enhanced mental, physical and spiritual well being.
